I'm very pleased to share with you my cake designs. I have enjoyed cooking and baking for as long as I can remember. I like to explore with different flavours that delight the taste buds. Some examples are vanilla chocolate marble cake with strawberries and cream, strawberry shortcake, carrot cake with a cream cheese icing, orange cake with chocolate hazelnut and banana bread with dulce  de leche, just to name a few. Naturally my next step was to take courses on how to decorate cakes and work with different icings such as buttercream, royal icing, fondant and gumpaste to create each unique cake design. It is exciting for me to be able to share photos of cake designs that I have created in the past.

It is a very special feeling to be able to share memorable events with so many people, such as weddings, anniversaries and baby showers. As well as celebrating milestones such as graduations.
